What Is Art of Bodywork®?

Art of Bodywork® is a clinical, results-driven system of soft tissue techniques developed by Alastair McLoughlin through more than 40 years of hands-on practice. Rooted in the osteopathic principle “structure governs function,” this work addresses the real problems practitioners see every day but often struggle to resolve.

Rather than chasing symptoms, Art of Bodywork® focuses on restoring mechanical order so the body can move, breathe, and stabilize more efficiently.

This training is designed for medical, allied health, and movement professionals who want practical solutions they can apply immediately in clinic.
