What's holding you back?

You’ve tried massage, stretching, maybe even physical therapy—but something still isn’t right.

Maybe it's:

Whatever it is—you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to just live with it.

At Cynshine® Integrative Healing, your story matters.  I listen deeply and look beyond symptoms.

With over 35 years of experience in movement and wellness, plus extensive continuing education, I assess how your body moves and explore how past injuries, surgeries, and scars may be contributing to your current challenges.

Every body is different. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, recovering from surgery, or managing a neurological condition, I draw on a range of techniques and adapt as your body responds. Each session is private, calm, and focused on helping you move more comfortably and confidently in everyday life.

You don’t need to know which service to choose. We’ll begin with an individual evaluation and build a plan around your needs and goals.

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release® (MSTR®)

What if your scar is the missing piece?

A scar may be healed on the surface yet still feel tight, tender, numb, or uncomfortable during movement.

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release® is a gentle, hands-on approach to working with scar tissue. We’ll assess your scar, explore how it may relate to your discomfort or movement, and check how your body responds.

Over the past nine years, I’ve worked on more than 2,000 scars, including C-section scars, joint-replacement scars, and scars from injuries. As an MSTR® international instructor and experienced practitioner, I bring that hands-on experience to your individual care.

Art of Bodywork®

What if the first step wasn’t another technique—but a closer look at how you move?

Art of Bodywork® brings together hands-on techniques that I select based on your history, movement assessment, and goals. We check how your body responds and adjust along the way, with the aim of making everyday movement feel more comfortable.

Cynshine® Pilates for Neurological Disorders

What if your body could learn a better way to move?

Blending The NeuroStudio® method with Merrithew® Stott® Pilates, these personalized sessions combine neuro-exercise, balance work, and flexibility training to help you feel more stable, strong, and confident in your body.

Perfect for neurological conditions such as MS, CP, stroke, TBI, etc.; post-surgery or injury recovery; and core weakness, balance issues, or chronic compensation.

Every session is customized and evolves with your body’s needs. Available in-person or online.

Reiki Energy Healing

What if you had space to pause and reconnect with your breath?

When life feels overwhelming, taking time for yourself can be difficult. Reiki is a gentle energy practice offered in a quiet, supportive setting—a chance to rest without needing to exercise or perform.

As a Reiki Master, I tailor each session to your comfort and preferences. Sound and crystals may be included, based on your preferences, as part of a calming, personal experience.

If you’re looking for a calming pause alongside your movement sessions—or simply time to unwind—Reiki offers a different way to experience care at Cynshine®.

Reiki Workshops

Neurokinetic Therapy® (NKT®)

What if the problem isn’t where you feel the pain?

Sometimes, the area that hurts is doing extra work to compensate for how you move elsewhere.

As a Level 3 NeuroKinetic Therapy® practitioner, I use muscle testing and movement assessment to explore patterns that may be contributing to your discomfort. Those findings guide hands-on work and targeted exercises tailored to you.

We reassess along the way, checking how your body responds and working toward more comfortable, coordinated movement.

Active Isolated Stretching® (AIS)

What if stretching could be smarter, not harder?

A muscle that feels tight doesn’t automatically need stretching. Before we stretch, I assess how you move and consider whether that tightness may reflect compensation or your body’s effort to protect an area. That helps me decide whether stretching is the right approach for you.

With Assisted Active Isolated Stretching, you actively participate while I guide and support each stretch. Brief holds and controlled repetitions are tailored to your range of motion, comfort, and goals.

Whether you’re finding it harder to turn your head, reach overhead, or bend comfortably, we’ll focus on flexibility that matters in your everyday life.
